Great customer service! I've had 2 recalls fixed and now new tires and an alignment done. For the recalls, it was a longer fix so I was given a loaner both times. The first time it was a brand new Forrester with only a few miles on it and I was told to have fun and put some miles on it! For the tires, it was a faster fix so I got a shuttle. Dropped off and picked up when my vehicle was done. Everyone who I have dealt with has been extremely nice and helpful. Their waiting area has everything you need if you choose to wait for your repair. Yummy free snacks, drinks, and computer hook-ups. Comfortable seating areas, and tv's. No reason you can't chill while waiting. Love this place! More

Great Experience! The first dealership I came to was this White Bear Subaru. Moe was extremely helpful and I felt that he was enthusiastic about his work. He was not pushy at all, in fact, he called me back in a couple of days after I told him that I will take my time and shop around. I went to other dealerships around the twin cities (specifically Morrie's and Walser's Subaru). I came back to this dealership and reached an agreement - I was very happy with my purchase and to have worked with the staff, particularly Moe, Pia, and Mike. I hope to continue our mutual relationship as I come to this dealership to handle my vehicle repairs and concerns. More

Great and timely service but billing problem Extremely pleased that I was able to get immediate confirmation and attention to a serious safety issue that was found by my local garage that does my Extremely pleased that I was able to get immediate confirmation and attention to a serious safety issue that was found by my local garage that does my oil change. The local garage quoted me $1000 less for the repairs but I felt better using a dealership for this problem. You found other service issues that were then raised and I feel they were justified so agreed to them. Grateful loaner car was available. Jordan was very helpful in explaining this things to me. I reviewed the bill after I got home (how many people do that?) and found I was double charged for a battery. I called Jordan and the following day I got a call from the desk confirming I had been double charged and then seemed to think they were doing me a favor by crediting the overcharge to my credit card.. I actually thought they might give me my battery free at this point since my bill was over $3500. Oh well....I'm driving a safe car! (Wasn't impressed with the vacuuming job but, again, it's an old car and probably much more messy than most!) More
