Poor Customer Services! We purchased a car. The only car that we tested drive it from the help of our sale guys. While waiting inside for Chang Her, the finance guys for mo We purchased a car. The only car that we tested drive it from the help of our sale guys. While waiting inside for Chang Her, the finance guys for more than 3 hrs to serve us was a pain. Almost all staffs including Rick Johnson have poor customer services and both men/women's restrooms doesn't have any toilet tissues rolls. We hope to see this location have better customer services and hospitality restrooms next time! More

Excellent service. As I walked in the door, I knew it was going to be a good day. Was greeted immediately. They had to order a part, they overnight part order and fixed the problem in no time, delivered the car fast. Washed the car and nicely dried it. Some time dealers just wash and do not dry the car leaving water spots on paint. But these guys are good :). Only complaint I have is they should have vacuumed inside of the car, which they did not. More
