The manager took time to introduce himself to us and thank us for our business, and the finance manager was helpful, timely and personable. In short, our entire experience with White Bear Subaru was one that we recommend, and will not hesitate to repeat. We asked about the company , he said he'd been working for subaru for over 25 years and they company treated him well, it was a good company to work for, and that meant a lot to us. We drove many cars, no problem. Chi Vang, another sales person - was also helpful and informative while Sam was off having our old prius evaluated. We felt we were dealt with fairly from beginning to end, and as a female, I never felt talked down to or dismissed. the financial guy was also efficient, helpful, flexible and kind.And they sent us cookies the next day.
