We originally dealt with Matt Fox, via internet, and he provided us with good information. When we (my wife and myself) stopped in to look at the cars in person, Matt was not working, but Steve Kloek work provided us with good information. We recently bought a 2013 Outback. Pia Vang was our sales consultant. Pia is enthusiastic, knowledgeable about the Subaru vehicles, friendly, helpful and easy to work with. When we purchased and picked-up the car, he ordered sandwiches for us since we were there for a couple hours over the lunch hour. He gave us a thorough hands-on tutorial on how to operate all of the controls and features of the car from the roof rack, to the spare tire, to the audio and navigation controls…everything. Pia has offered to help us with all of our future questions and concerns about the car, e.g., how to set-up blue-tooth connections when we get a smart phone. More
