I took my vehicle into the Service area for a recall . The technician was great, very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The waiting area was stocked with snacks and assorted beverages. I had a great experience with my salesperson Dan (HJ). I understood that the warranty was for another 3 years. However, when I met with the business manager, he told me the warranty on the electronics ex I understood that the warranty was for another 3 years. However, when I met with the business manager, he told me the warranty on the electronics expired in 30 days and to extend it would cost another $2,900! Since I had arranged money (cash) to cover the cost of the car this was TOTALLY unexpected and not an experience I have had with any other dealer. More
