The floor service people (not the advisors) didn't really understand the recall. They downplayed the issues the car was having. I actually had to show them the service bulletin itself! They didn't know a understand the recall. They downplayed the issues the car was having. I actually had to show them the service bulletin itself! They didn't know about it, or couldn't find it. Disappointing. They also forgot to wash the car and it had to be run through, delaying things. But the biggest issue is that the car problems weren't really fixed - maybe a problem more with Subaru than the dealer. But the dealer was dismissive of the problem - told me to call Subaru and complain, and to get a battery trickle charger installed. How about actually fixing the problem instead? Overall, disappointing experience with the dealer and Subaru. More
