Could get in right away to get battery checked - was still under warranty, and battery was replaced. Charlie Brown was exceptional, coming in to let me know progress. What I was most impressed with is that a slight error was made, acknowledged it forth-rightly, and fixed things - no defensiveness or blame - I trust someone who has this much integrity. Also, the treats in the waiting area were wonderful, especially the hot chocolate, granola bars, and even brownies! There was lots of space in the waiting room so i could work at a large table. Yvonne was terrific at helping me get quickly to choosing exactly the car I wanted, and then promptly found that car (in my color) and had it delivered to White Bear. She kept me informed by text during the delivery process, and made the whole transaction simple. In fact, my partner's leased car was coming up for replacement in May, and Yvonne was proactive in finding the perfect car for her, too, within two weeks of my transaction. We are both totally pleased. More
