I normally am very pleased with the service. The last time I was there for an oil change I discovered after I got home. The oil leak left a stain on my driveway. I presume it was a loose filter or plug, I had to make another trip to Maplewood from Forest Lake. Also, I recently had a dead battery. After lifting the hood and checking for a problem I discovered that the positive terminal had so much acid corrosion buildup that it could not make a connection. The battery was 100% dead. I thought when I got an oil change that a multi check inspection was done. This was so obvious I don't know how it could have been missed. More
