Once again awful service. 2 trips to get a tires changed. Had to order two times. They had no idea what tire to order for a 2018 wrx, even tho they are a Subaru dealer. Took 2 months to get a tire. So disappointed. We have come here for over 15 years, but will never come back. We brought our car in for a recall and we’re told our brakes needed to be repaired. We asked to have them repaired, but t but will never come back. We brought our car in for a recall and we’re told our brakes needed to be repaired. We asked to have them repaired, but the tech didn’t have them fix the brakes. Then when we told them that we still wanted the brakes repaired they said that the techs had all gone home. We would have to take another day off of waits to fix our car. Goodbye White Bear Subaru. More

Very nice and friendly people, I do not go in for service much, I do my own car repair. But this was a recall. I was very surprised how nice everyone was. In addition to individual excellence in both knowledge and performance of their respective job titles at this dealership, the thing that really sets them apart (in my opinion) is the gold-standard transit and performance of their respective job titles at this dealership, the thing that really sets them apart (in my opinion) is the gold-standard transitions between teammates. Each person at the shop knows exactly who you should be working with to get your request done in the most timely, cordial and efficient manner ... and they walk you over to that person and introduce you. I was never left "hanging" or waiting for someone. They also have such a strong confidence in their products that they feel "free" to let you browse the showroom without a sales "shadow", though always making sure a rep is available to answer any question or concern. People interacting with other people ... in person ... truly knowledgeable and helpful. Nicely done, White Bear Subaru! I'll be coming back for more ... More
