As always, personnel were pleasant and professional. The oil change was accomplished without problem. However, they failed to fix a problem I presented to them; indeed, they made it worse. Some time ago, I oil change was accomplished without problem. However, they failed to fix a problem I presented to them; indeed, they made it worse. Some time ago, I had my windshield replaced (by Luther Glass). Since that time, the covering for wiring behind the rear view mirror has been loose, and I could not get it to stay in place. The service advisor (I believe it was Jake) told me that Luther Glass would have to fix it. When I next got into the car, the whole covering fell completely off, so now I drive with those very ugly wires exposed and on view until I can hook up with Luther Glass. I am almost positive that White Bear Acura worked on the windshield issue. More

Once again awful service. 2 trips to get a tires changed. Had to order two times. They had no idea what tire to order for a 2018 wrx, even tho they are a Subaru dealer. Took 2 months to get a tire. So disappointed. We have come here for over 15 years, but will never come back. We brought our car in for a recall and we’re told our brakes needed to be repaired. We asked to have them repaired, but t but will never come back. We brought our car in for a recall and we’re told our brakes needed to be repaired. We asked to have them repaired, but the tech didn’t have them fix the brakes. Then when we told them that we still wanted the brakes repaired they said that the techs had all gone home.
