Took new car in to install a back ordered part for a hitch install on a new MDX. Car was promised to be complete in 3 hours. I waited and no status updates 3 hours later. I tracked down service adviser hitch install on a new MDX. Car was promised to be complete in 3 hours. I waited and no status updates 3 hours later. I tracked down service adviser and said there was a problem but car woul be ready in 45 minutes tops. Work was completed 2 hours 15 min later with again no status updates. If the I knew I would have to wait over 5 hours for this job I would have asked for a loaner for the day. Communication would have been key in making this experience more enjoyable!! More

I brought my 2019 Legacy in for a battery replacement, oil change and tire rotation. The service was excellent, and customer focused. I have always done my own car maintenance and oil changes. I’m frugal and a wrench xxxxxx. This was the first time I had anyone do an oil change on any of my vehicles. I have been so busy with wor changes. I’m frugal and a wrench xxxxxx. This was the first time I had anyone do an oil change on any of my vehicles. I have been so busy with work putting in long hours that I just didn’t feel like changing oil myself. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost and time. I am considering having the dealer do future oil changes based on price and convenience. That’s a big deal for me to admit! Kudus to the dealer team. More
