We apologize that we could not fulfill all of your wishes at this visit. Unfortunately we have tried to cut aftermarket keys in the past, and due to the materials used our equipment was damaged. We are happy to provide any service that does not put our equipment at risk.

Other Luther dealerships will cut a key that a customer provides. Why not this one? At the very least, the person who schedules a key cut programming service appointment should tell the customer that they must use a key provided by the dealer. They should also tell the customer what the cost will be.
