I do not recommend their service. I took my crosstrek in for a factory recall on a part. I also mentioned that I needed an alignment adjustment and the radio was glitching and if they had time, to take a lo for a factory recall on a part. When I went to pick up the car there was a huge crack across the windshield. The service management LIED and told me they had video footage of me coming into the service department with the crack already on the windshield so they were not responsible for any damage. When I came in to ask them to show me the camera footage they checked again and said that the camera resolution is too poor to actually show anything. When they found out I had insurance (which covers windshield damage completely) they changed their tune and were helpful to set me up with the glass repair company. When I complained about how the situation was handled they gave me some some money back for the service which I appreciate. After the appointment the radio still glitched and the car still pulled to the right. I would like to note that my service attendant was very kind and helpful. I believe it was the management and communication from management that resulted in this situation. More

I appreciated the concern to help me with the issue of needing service for a couple re-calls and the fact that I live a good distance from the service facility...all this during the pandemic. The rep who over-saw the work on my vehicle was very helpful, and got it back to were it should be....I am not a techie! More
