I appreciated the concern to help me with the issue of needing service for a couple re-calls and the fact that I live a good distance from the service facility...all this during the pandemic. My only conc needing service for a couple re-calls and the fact that I live a good distance from the service facility...all this during the pandemic. My only concern was that the screen data was not returned to where it was when I brought it in. I needed some tech support when I returned home. The rep who over-saw the work on my vehicle was very helpful, and got it back to were it should be....I am not a techie! More

I brought my car in for an oil change and asked that a rear backup light be replaced. I was told that all my rear lights worked and didn't need replacement. I got home and found that the light was still rear backup light be replaced. I was told that all my rear lights worked and didn't need replacement. Outstanding service and treatment when my "battery dead" car was towed to the service center and left overnight. The battery was promptly replaced with a new, stronger battery, and testing to see if other car was towed to the service center and left overnight. The battery was promptly replaced with a new, stronger battery, and testing to see if other sources of battery drainage were present. Fortunately it was only the dead battery that needed replacing. My car was cleaned, washed and ready to go in less than 24 hours. Thank you Manya and White Bear Subaru Service! More
