I brought my 2019 Forester in for service because it periodically fails to unlock the power rear cargo door. The technician Ryan checked with Subaru Corp and did a software upgrade that makes the rear periodically fails to unlock the power rear cargo door. The technician Ryan checked with Subaru Corp and did a software upgrade that makes the rear cargo door latch harder. Unfortunately it does nothing to fix the problem where the rear cargo door fails to open. Go on the internet and you will learn other people are experiencing this same problem. I want Subaru to buy back my Forester as I don’t have the time of day for a defective lemon vehicle. More

OIl change turned replacement tire, but tires had only 15 lb The service was spot on, BUT, once the new tires were installed, I was told that the tires were filled and give it some time to set, so that would exp The service was spot on, BUT, once the new tires were installed, I was told that the tires were filled and give it some time to set, so that would explain why the tire light was on. 2 weeks later, actually measured the tire pressure and learned they only filled the tires to 15lbs of air. Worried that I had 4 flat tires, I filled them back up and monitored for 3 days and lost no tire pressure. I'm terribly disappointed as I believed what they said about giving time for tires air to set, but to learn it was bad service was concerning. I bought my subie from them, and to see this was not what I was expecting/ More
