Peng is amazing. Peng is always so helpful when I bring my Subaru in for service. He checks over my car inside and out for things that need to be fixed. Great customer service I stopped in to see if I could set up a time to have the Service Center look at my car and I was able to leave my car there that same day and take hom I stopped in to see if I could set up a time to have the Service Center look at my car and I was able to leave my car there that same day and take home a loaner (so I didn't have to come back again). They kept me informed on the status of my car so I knew what to expect and allowed me to keep the loaner one extra day due to my work schedule. More

Very pleasant experience The service center waiting room is lovely. It was a pleasure to relax there while our cars were serviced. Everyone was polite, helpful and prompt. Because this was my first visit after buying the car there, the first oil change was free - very nice. I also really appreciated the free wash. My only concern is more with Subaru than this particular service center. They informed me of a recall for airbags on my Forester. I was told that I have to wait until I receive a mailing to have the problem fixed, and that I should just not use the front passenger seat until then. That is proving very inconvenient. I'm also not comfortable with the fact that I had to sign a paper saying that I'm aware of the recall but not CHOOSING to have the repair at this time. I'd certainly have the repair if they hadn't said that I have to wait. More
