Got my car back on the road I came in due to my drivers rear tire had a slow leak. Showed up on early Saturday morning and Matt was the one I worked with. Not only did the leak in my tire get plugged but there was no pressure to have to get a new tire AND they were able to get my oil changed, tires rotated and the other fun things that come with 12K mile service right away so I didn't need to come back on another day. Was fast and the tire fix was more then reasonable in cost. So far since purchasing my Forester in '19 I've had nothing but outstanding service from this dealership so far! Both in Sales and Service. More
Fast service I scheduled a Saturday appointment for a Brake and Differential fluid change. They said it would take about an hour and a half to hour and 45 minutes. To my pleasant surprise it only took about 40 minutes. They wash my car but forgot to put the floormats back in and I didn't notice until I got home. I had to go back on Monday to get them. Overall I was happy with my service, I will be back. More
Service was fine but price was too much. I have purchased three cars from Luther Subaru. Sales people were fine. Service has always been fine. I had purchased a new Subaru Forester in 2006 and have been happy with the car and the service at the White Bear Lake Subaru dealer up until my last v I had purchased a new Subaru Forester in 2006 and have been happy with the car and the service at the White Bear Lake Subaru dealer up until my last visit. I brought the car in to have it looked at because it needed repairs. Had an inspection done but no repairs. I spoke with a salesperson, Dima, who told me she only leased or sold new cars. I told her, because of my age (89) and the fact that my driving days are limited, that was not something I was not interested in doing, She then called another agent (don't know who it was) to join us. After telling him the same thing, he simply up and left the meeting. At this point my daughter and I also left. It wasn't until after I got home that I remembered they sell pre-owned cars and wondered why he had not suggested I look at that as an option. I don't want this one incident to affect my opinion of WBL so I will base my selection on past service. Thank you. More
