I do think the texting services telling you that the car is ready is not necessary as it comes after the attendant has called you from the waiting area. Same is true for the delayed bill paying info. Great vehicle service, bad customer service I have owned my Subaru through white bear Acura for two years now. I’ve needed to bring my vehicle in four times and each time I haven’t been able to I have owned my Subaru through white bear Acura for two years now. I’ve needed to bring my vehicle in four times and each time I haven’t been able to get on the phone with a service manager to even schedule an appointment for multiple days. Leaving messages also has taken multiple days to hear responses. When I do get my Subaru in for service, everything is done fast and correct and they are always clear with what has been serviced and what will need to be looked at soon. More

Vibration Elimination on my 2018 ACURA RDX I brought my Certified 2018 ACURA RDX in for an oil change & asked the service Technician to check for vibration in the front end. To me it appeare I brought my Certified 2018 ACURA RDX in for an oil change & asked the service Technician to check for vibration in the front end. To me it appeared to be due to a warped rotor. The technician confirmed the vibration was related to a warped rotor on front drivers side wheel. I had communications with the Service Manager about having the front rotors turned @ no cost. After that discussion Jim Burton contacted me to set up an appointment to turn both the front brake rotor. The work has completed & the vibration has ceased.
