actually listened to me and did what I needed to have done! That dealership didn't bother to do anything other than try to blame the situation on me. Nena listened and had the service folks check out the system and clean it out--and hey Presto I've got clean fresh air conditioned air just, like you'd expect from a "new" Subaru. Rest of service performed swiftly and courteously. Too bad I didn't buy the car from here in the first place. More

Early Monday morning, I brought my Emprezza in for a squeaky strut and another problem (which they identified as bad wheel bearings) and for the 18,000 mile service. They said it would be fixed by 1:00 pm. At 10:00 am they said my car was ready and charged me $500+ for the 18K service. I had to ask them if the two problems had been fixed. After consulting their computer, they responded that they were waiting for parts and would contact me when they came in. Immediately after getting my unrepaired car back I started receiving irritating texts and emails asking me to rate their “service.” After four days I emailed the Service Director and complained about not hearing from them about scheduling my warranty-covered repairs. It has now been six days I have heard nothing about when my car will be scheduled for repair or even an acknowledgment that they are looking into the problem. However, I am respecting White Bear Subaru's wishes and rating their “service.” More
James Burton rocks! I was kept informed, got a nice price break, and the AC nearly froze me solid after a hard-to-detect problem with it was discovered and repaired. They completed all the services in a little over half hour longer than estimated. Only negative was that the car was done at about 11:30 am and my service representative had gone to lunch, so my car stood out in the receiving area for about 20 minutes until another rep finally processed me out. After a couple months we called and it was still backordered. Finally in April, after our Minnesota winter was over and having never heard from them, we called and asked to cancel the order. No apologies but they refunded our money. Meanwhile we discovered the air conditioning was not working. We happened to be in White Bear Lake for a week and took it in. The service guy sat in the car and showed me a recirculating feature and said that was most likely the problem. No check under the hood. I explained that we live over three hours away. When a hot day arrived in May no air conditioner. We made a special trip to have it repaired and I felt I had to demand a look at it. There was no Freon in the system. I am convinced because I am a woman he thought I didn’t know anything! His first question was if I know how to turn the air conditioner on. More

My only complaints are around the selection of snacks in the waiting area. No soft drinks offered (diet preferred) are offered. All I found recently is protein bars. More

They had it for a few days and said there is nothing wrong with it. Said they took it on a 28 mile test drive and couldn't find any issues. I told them that you had to drive the car for longer then 28 miles to see/ feel the problem but all they kept saying was well we took it on a 28 mile test drive ...... So I told them I guess I'll drive it till it breaks down! 🙄. Didn't want to try and solve my problem at all. Very unsatisfied! More
