Hide and seek When I came in to pick up my car, the employees couldn't find my keys. Took them at least 15-20 minuets to find it. If I did heard it correctly from them, the employees told me my keys were left in a different car. Another thing, it doesn’t concern me, but A few people had told me that they always get their car washed by the dealership every time they get their car serviced. My car didn’t. What concerns me is if the a/c was even replaced correctly and properly since my key were missed placed. Overall, there’s no issues with the a/c for the mean time and the employee were great. It was my first time calling to set an appointment with the dealership. The woman who help me was very kind and welcoming, when I told her it was my first time, she even welcomed me. The person who greeted and helped me when I arrived for the service and to pick up was very helpful and welcoming. When they couldn't find the keys, every one worked as a team to look for it. We are all humans and we do make mistakes, just want to share my experience so others won’t have the same experience. More

half and half im not sure I would recommend this dealership. During the sales. portion of the experience it was very postitive. Since we have bought the car several issues were in the agreement that were supposed to be fixed. None have been fixed after 2 months of trying to get the dealer ship to schedual an appointment. All we get are answering machines and no call backs. I have serious concerns if there is even a service dept at the dealership. My wife and I have made a total of 8 separate calls and left messages to no avail. Im going to try twice more before I make the drive and appear in person to discuss next steps. Im angry at the lack of attention. W More

While I've been frustrated with how many recalls I've had on my 7 year old Subaru, I've been really pleased with how good this car dealer has been for service.
