Spotty service and no follow through I bought a used Impreza on the promise that they would fix a small issue (wind whipping noise when driving) with the car when I picked it up. I picked I bought a used Impreza on the promise that they would fix a small issue (wind whipping noise when driving) with the car when I picked it up. I picked up the car, and the issue wasn’t fixed. I proceeded to have them work on it to fix the issue. I had to bring the car back multiple times because they couldn’t fix it and said ‘it’s part of how the car was made’, which I know to be untrue because I drove many Imprezas while shopping. In future service visits (safety recalls, wheel alignment) I have had to bring the car back multiple times after to fix the service that they should have done the first time. Not confident in their ability to work on my car. I’m losing trust in them. Now tend to go to other dealerships/service centers for maintenance. More

Inattentative My husband struggled to even just make an appointment. We were trying to schedule an oil change and fix a cracked windshield on my car and a recall on My husband struggled to even just make an appointment. We were trying to schedule an oil change and fix a cracked windshield on my car and a recall on his so he wanted to talk to someone to schedule. He got stuck on a continuous loop of holding for the service department and being sent back to the receptionist on multiple occasions to the point that after awhile he would just hang up. He eventually sent an email saying he wanted someone to call which someone did after awhile and we got the appointment scheduled. The appointment went fine until we realized when we picked it up that they washed my car right after after the windshield was replaced. We talked to the service technician about it and they sent us on our way and said he would leave our file on the service manager's desk so she could follow-up with us after the weekend. We never received any follow-up which seems fitting for this place. Now we are dealing with insurance about what to do since the seal of my windshield is now compromised. Not happy at all with the service we received. We have since cancelled the other appointment we had since we were so unhappy with the service which my husband has stated to Luther. Still no follow-up. Thanks for the lovely service.... More

75000 Mile service This was a routine oil change and to review my passsenger air bag recall.....but I was able to get in same day I called and more importantly, working This was a routine oil change and to review my passsenger air bag recall.....but I was able to get in same day I called and more importantly, working with Nena we talked through other routine maintenance @ 75000 miles that should be done while I was there.....she and I talked over the costs and she worked with my budget and we were able to accomplish most of them and they still took care of my recall and routine oil change. The location is very convenient and comfortable when waiting but as in the past I received extraordinary treatment. It’s why I enjoy going back and my Forrester is so great. Also love the car wash! Everyone is pleasant! More
