Responded to my request I wanted an alignment to center my steering wheel. When I got the car back, my steering wheel still felt the same and was not centered and no alignmen I wanted an alignment to center my steering wheel. When I got the car back, my steering wheel still felt the same and was not centered and no alignment chart was provided (supposedly the printer broke). I brought it back in and talked to the service manager, who took it on a drive and while he thought it was centered, he still had them redo the front alignment and get it sorted. While the initial situation was far from ideal, the resolution was satisfactory. More

Not Happy The airbag replacement was fine other that a loose panel and particles on the dash board. I was not pleased to have the torque converter die when the The airbag replacement was fine other that a loose panel and particles on the dash board. I was not pleased to have the torque converter die when the car is still relatively new.(147,000 miles) My Chevy has 220,000 miles on it and none of the drive train components have needed repair. There were oil spots on the engine. I wiped them off and will check if there is any oil spraying out. More

Dee was so helpful I came in on a Tuesday afternoon and they were pretty busy but Dee was very helpful and explained everything. The diagnostics took a little longer tha I came in on a Tuesday afternoon and they were pretty busy but Dee was very helpful and explained everything. The diagnostics took a little longer than I would’ve hoped, I don’t think they pulled my car in for about an hour, but as soon as they knew something Dee let me know, gave me a quote for service, and got me on my way. While I waited I walked the lot, two sales persons offered to show me cars but weren’t pushy or overly persistent. More
