First Time Customer - Great Service! I just moved here from another state and this was my first visit to White Bear Acura Subaru. Peng was really great and welcoming and explained what n I just moved here from another state and this was my first visit to White Bear Acura Subaru. Bad Service, Bad Communications,Not the right place!! I had taken in my Acura RL for a oil change service on March 16,2019 and arrived 10 mins earlier than my appointment at 11:45 AM. My vehicle was not d I had taken in my Acura RL for a oil change service on March 16,2019 and arrived 10 mins earlier than my appointment at 11:45 AM. My vehicle was not done at the time frame given and when I had asked I was told it was not a priority by "JIM" because I had noted down to just call when vehicle is completed. Then to receive a voicemail later on in the day 5 mins before the department closed that my vehicle is having starter issues and will have to stay at the dealership over the weekend. I tried calling back to find out the department is closed, then rushed myself to get there to find out my vehicle cannot leave the service bay and no one in the service department to assist me. Then the following Monday comes and I get a call from James saying my vehicle does have a starter issue and it will cost me $800+ to get it fixed, which I had refused. I then asked to why did the starter just go out all of a sudden when I did not have starting issues going there, he then responded saying I will have to pay a additional $150 for diagnostics which I also refused. After getting my starter repaired I had found out that there was small oil puddles underneath my vehicle where I usually park. I had then jacked up the vehicle to see that there was oil seepage by the oil drain bolt, and the bolt was not tight at all causing the oil seeping. In conclusion the service provided did not meet expectations! and this will be the last time I will bring any customer services to this dealership! More
