The car needed an oil change plus to have a couple items checked. She listened and said there would be no problem to check on these things. She told me all that would be done for this 15K check; gave me a preliminary estimate and an estimated time for completion. She kept me informed throughout. Car was finished (and washed) by anticipated time. The wait area is set up to keep customers from getting bored---the time flew by. More
Good, but slow Had oil change & brake rotors done....took 4 hours when promised 2.5 hours. Rotors were glazed making noise. At 29,900 miles for an Accura RDX I am extremely disappointed that Accura did not stand behind this. Total cost was $436 which is a lot. We were considering a new one in a year, but now not sure. I have a Doge Ram Truck with 100,000 miles and never had an issue with rotors! More

They also check I can trust the staff to repair and maintain my vehicle and help keep the cost as affordable as possible. I like they know my Subaru. When I came back for the repair, I was told that first the leak would have to be diagnosed and if it were not a covered repair then I would have to pay for both the diagnosis and the repair. I decided to go ahead and have them do the diagnosis despite the fact this is not what I was told on my first visit. I left the car at about 9:30 am and took a loaner. I emailed the service manager and told him that I was not happy with the service so far. At 1:00 pm I got a text from the dealer telling me they would not be able to look at my car that day and would need to keep it overnight. This didn't work for me so I went back to the dealer to pick up the car. I asked the service advisor why he thought they could get to my car when I dropped it off at 9:30, but 3 1/2 hours later they couldn't. He told me they had several airbag replacements that day and they took longer than expected. This surprised me since I assume they have done hundreds of airbag recalls at that dealership and would know how long they take. I went to the service manager to complain about the service I received and was met with indifference. He offered to give me a loaner, but I already had a loaner and that did me no good. I told him I would not be back to this dealership and he said "Okay". I dealt with three employees and they all provided very poor service. I was given incorrect and misleading information by the first service advisor. The second service advisor told me they could get to the car that day and told me just 3 1/23 hours later they couldn't--at 1:00 he knew they couldn't get to it? Finally, the service manager couldn't care less about the service I received. Oh, and I never got an answer to my email I bought my car from this dealership, but I won't be going back. More

Overall was fine The service was good, but honestly felt taken advantage of & feel like you tell me I need all this stuff when I don’t aftually. I was told last time I The service was good, but honestly felt taken advantage of & feel like you tell me I need all this stuff when I don’t aftually. I was told last time I was in that my battery needed to be replaced ASAP (advisor said this was necessary based on the super cold weather we were getting, and my car never struggled to turn on even once in -50 degrees) passed on it because couldn’t afford it at the time and was going to buy it somewhere else. Never got around to it. At yesterday’s appointment they tested my battery (still the same one) and said it was in good shape. She explained it as you probably let your car sit for a week before the test (which I drive on a regular basis) So now I don’t know if I trust you when you say I need something and feel like you are saying I need stuff and saying it’s stuff that seems important to me to scary me into spending money with you. I will be going somewhere else for service that doesn’t have to do with recalls and computer programs of Subaru. I would like an honest assessment to what I actually need instead of trying to get $500 out of me each time I bring my car in. And maybe this is what I’m going to experience at other places too and maybe I need to bring someone who knows stuff about cars with me. And I get you are a business and are there to make money but I feel taken advantage of. Nothing against my experience. The advisors and techs were all super friendly and the waiting room is super nice and everything looked beautiful and was fully stocked. More

READ ME Please. I don't want to ding the people who provide support - I know what happens to poor reviews. HOWEVER - read my comments please. $600 in labor seem I don't want to ding the people who provide support - I know what happens to poor reviews. HOWEVER - read my comments please. $600 in labor seems very excessive to me. There are parts listed and then labor is denoted as one big chunk. This is a reflection of how you manage this operation - not a reflection of the people providing the work. Not transparent. With all of the check this and check that on the bill- I was stupefied that they missed a burned out tail light -which required us to return on Saturday and wait for the repair. This is a reflection of those doing the work - they are missing things that I am clearly paying a lot of money for. Also- no one shared with use that there is recall for our vehicle. Perhaps you don't have the parts - but when I hear through other channels that my vehicle has a recall and not from my dealership - that is not good service. More
