I had an on going rattle in my dash board and after a couple of attempts the service department was able to solve the problem. I've worked with both Dee and Greg. I blew a tire with only 9,000 miles on my car. I was explained that because it was all-wheel drive, that I would have to replace a 4 tires due to the small amount of tread that was uneven. I bought the 4 tires and was sick to my stomach that this had cost me over 1200.00. The service manager, Donavan told me to get in touch with Corporate Subaru to see if they could help. I just received a check for the full amount of the tires from such a wonderful company. Subaru is who they say they are. I hope everyone reads this. Thank you again, Donavan and Dave from corporate.
