Customer Service was great!!! Selection was outstanding! I found a Yukon that I loved. It had everything I wanted but without a DVD for my kids. So they just put one in within 24 hours. There is only so much room to write so I'll get down to it...they cashed a check when they said they wouldn't multiple times (the check was to hold a vehicle), then they said that it wasn't their policy. it...they cashed a check when they said they wouldn't multiple times (the check was to hold a vehicle), then they said that it wasn't their policy. Then they put the title of the vehicle under her maiden name when they had all of the correct information (not a big deal but a hassle for her to deal with and a dumb mistake). Those were minor but enough to not purchase a vehicle from them, but they happened to have the exact vehicle that she wanted. This is where it got ridiculous....She wanted to finance so they gave her a quote at 6.85% when she has an 830+ credit score.....Then they proceed to tell us that they can't do anything about it and that it really isn't that bad and it has to do more with the vehicle than her credit score (WHAT?!?!?!), when the fact is the dealership runs it up to make a profit. Just to show you how much they were trying to take her for, she ended up with a rate of 4.1% for the same 4 yr rate. WBL GMC quoted her the same rate no matter how many years she wanted to finance, the bank quoted her at 3.6% for a 3 yr loan. That's a 3.25% difference!!! Highway robbery! The finance person she spoke with at the bank was astonished when she told him the rate quoted by the finance department at White Bear Lake GMC. These are very shady people, and I feel for the many people that have unknowingly been swindled by them. More
