They are so concerned about pushing vehicles and marking them sold so they can keep boosting their numbers to GMC. vehicle is not sold until something anything is signed agreeing to purchase vehicle. When we decided to back out of a Yukon which we had no sales agreement signed we got an aggressive email from Chuck, explaining that he now has to restock one of the most sought after vehicles right now bc he had already told GMC they sold this vehicle............ which it wasn't nothing officialy done to mark this vehicle as sold only held. so they kept our hold deposit. Again we never had anything singed in writting in regards to us purchaseing this vehicle. We live 10 hours away and were trying to find a yukon at the time. found this one and wanted to hold it as we couldn't find any other ones. was Told that our hold would be completely refunded if it didn't work out by the salesman Tim. well I guess that's just salesman words. This dealership seams to care more about marking sold vehicles to boost their sales for GMC rather then working with the costumer. which in the end if you build good relationships with someone you tend to have a repeat costumer. just an unprofessional hustling dealership. More

In short. Irving will lie to get a sale. Asked the price outside and he quoted 44990.00. I offered 39000.00. He came back and said Congratulations. We will Irving will lie to get a sale. Wow I see online its 39786.00. I thought this type of salesperson was ground out of the business 30 years ago. Guess not... I still bought the truck. But far less than what he quoted and less than I offered. The only person that gave a xxxx was Larry. Nice way to treat a Retired and Disabled Vet... Irving is not to be trusted. How can a dealer with many many years of experience and awards allow this person to represent the Super Store? More
