Jim Adler is a fantastic salesman; he is a congenial, no pressure salesman that obviously enjoys his work. He was very honest about the hail damage, which was really not that bad. (He had to actually point some of the spots out to me). Jim gave me a great deal (thousands off the sticker price) and good suggestions for inexpensive ways to get the dents fixed if I wanted to. He washed the car, filled the tank, and offered to connect my phone to the Bluetooth system before leaving the lot. Jim also gave me a generous amount for my trade-in, which sealed the deal.
