Like-new and a trade-in in one day My husband and I went to WP Honda Pre-certified looking for a CR-V, but not knowing much about the process and murky on the "trims". We had an older, My husband and I went to WP Honda Pre-certified looking for a CR-V, but not knowing much about the process and murky on the "trims". We had an older, but well maintained 2006 Saturn, manual transmission, that i couldn't drive. We also don't have amazing credit, so we weren't confident we would walk away with a car. We were assisted by Elvio who listened to what we needed, showed me a few different models and then sat us down to talk finances. I fell for a CRV because of the color, but it had fewer miles and was out of our price range, so i settled for a more practical one. In a matter of hours, Elvio and his manager, Al, gave us a deal on the Saturn for a trade, and we stayed in our budget for monthly payments. Bonus, Elvio found the same model/make in the color i loved, with equal mileage - that made my day! Overall, the dealership was super busy (it was Saturday), but we were patient, and got exactly what we needed. The staff was great and made sure to check on us while we waited. I was afraid of feeling "sold to", but that never happened. For my first time making such a large investment, I had a very positive experience. I highly recommend Elvio and Al, and WP Honda pre-certified. More
