Horrible dealing with them I purchased a 2018 Honda Accord- new in mid June 2018. They quoted a price, and i went there with it. I ended up $ 500 more on base quoted price. Such I purchased a 2018 Honda Accord- new in mid June 2018. They quoted a price, and i went there with it. I ended up $ 500 more on base quoted price. Such a cheating to begin with. I paid in cash, and i got my title and plates. It has been over two months. I got a bill from asking for $36 from me. mid-July. The bill does not say what is the charge for? and the date of transaction is June 6th 2018. Guess what---- I never knew them on that date. I bought the car a=in mid June. I called them to find out what is the charge about? It took me so many calls to get one on line. (the guy who i dealt with no longer works. No surprise). Anther guy told me it is for license plates. I don't understand -no one told me about it when I purchased the car, and no one mentioned to me when I picked up the plates after two weeks of purchase date. Now they are coming with charge????? strongly do not recommend to purchase anything from this place. Terrible experience. Worst ever !! I purchased cars in the past (last one Rav 4 in may 2018), never such experience. Watch out !!!!!! More

It was overall a very good experience I came to the dealership because I was interested in buying a car that was advertised online. Unfortunately, when I got there, I was told that the ca I came to the dealership because I was interested in buying a car that was advertised online. Unfortunately, when I got there, I was told that the car was just sold. My sales person, sensing my disappointment didnt miss a beat. Ceasar Gonzalez began immediately doing damage control by figuring out if there was another that I might be interested in at the same price point. It was a smooth transition. I really liked the car that I was shown It was a Honda, which is my favorite brand. Next thing I know, I was offered a test drive, then the magic began. Ceasar did all the work with my insurance company and then submitted the documents for financing. They really worked with me, as my credit is not the best but I had no doubt that I was driving out of there with my new car. Thanks Ceasar and the rest of the team for making it a painless process!
