Worst Dealership Experience One of the worst experience for me to lease a car from them. All the single star reviews are true and should be taken seriously. They are deceptive, w One of the worst experience for me to lease a car from them. All the single star reviews are true and should be taken seriously. They are deceptive, will miss guide and miss communicate to close the deals for them customers are one off and they dont know the meaning of customer service or trust. I should have read all the negative reviews before I walked into that dealership. They have been slammed with 14 million Dollars settlement for Dealerships For Deceptive Practices ( I wish I had researched more before going to them.) The settlement details are available on NY attorney general website and on other white plains publications. All of the staff is still these deceptive practices till today. I only went in this dealership as they said they would match a similar offer from the other dealership. These guys should not be trusted in anything unless you have it in writing. They are killing the Honda brand name and the loyal customer base. Avoid them at all cost. More
