Alberto Rodriguez (A.ROD) greeted me and took me straight to the back lot to show me the models they had. He showed me the Fit LX model and then compared it to the EX model-- he did a great job mentioning all the added features the EX model had to offer. I felt very comfortable during my time at the dealership, from the day I first visited and the day I came to pick up my car. Though I dealt with Alberto, everyone else at the dealership was just as friendly, smiling when we crossed paths. Alberto was very informative, and offered great service. He spoke about the different options I had for getting the car I wanted (financing, leasing...). He was patient, genuine and made sure all my questions and concerns were fulfilled. I am very satisfied with my purchase and have nothing but positive words for Alberto and White Plains Honda. More

A friend introduced us to Chris Paranzino at Honda of New Rochelle. Later that afternoon, my husband and I picked up a new Honda CRV. In a few short hours we had moved from not knowing how we would move around to having the peace of mind of having a reliable vehicle. We had bought cars in 2 other states and expected this experience to be the same. How wrong we were as there was no posturing, no theatrics, only professional service. Fast forward 3 years. Our lease is coming to an end and while the new Explorer is tempting, we decide we must check with Chris first. The passing of time has not dulled the memory of how well we left Honda of New Rochelle totally satisfied.Little did we know that Chris was no longer in New Rochelle so off to White Plains we went last Saturday to check with him. Nothing had changed. Chris was the same welcoming, professional, honest individual we had met 3 years ago. At White Plains, we also met Lori who effortlessly presented vehicle options and Mohamed who completed the paperwork with us in record time. Best customer service I had purchased a new car 2 months ago and JUST received a letter from honda financial services which is the bank stating that I owe them money for my I had purchased a new car 2 months ago and JUST received a letter from honda financial services which is the bank stating that I owe them money for my mileage on my return. After contacting them and getting nowhere I went back to the dealership where I purchased the car and met with Chris Paranzino. Although he did not have to help me because i was not purchasing a new car and the showroom had plenty of people in there that were, he personally called honda financial and was able to have them reduce the bill to half. He spent 2 hours on the phone with them as he got hung up on and transferred quite a few times. Chris went above and beyond and I highly recommend going to see him if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle or simply have an issue with honda financial services More
