Thrilled with my new 2017 Honda HR-V I recently went to White Plains Honda because I previously had two Subarus that had engine problems before I thought they should with the mileage they I recently went to White Plains Honda because I previously had two Subarus that had engine problems before I thought they should with the mileage they had so I decided I wanted to try a Honda with AWD. as I know the brand has a wonderful reputation. I met with Donna Ann Lozinsky and discussed what I was looking for and she suggested the HR-V as I wanted something a little bit smaller than the CR-V. Donna took me out to test drive the HR-V and I really felt comfortable in the car and loved how it drove. We went back into the dealership and further discussed options I wanted such as a moonroof, heated seats and mirrors and such so the EX model was the one for me since I didn't want leather or Navi. Donna checked availability and found they had a white one in stock which was just what I wanted. During my visit I also spoke with Sales Manager Kelly Cochrane and Mohamed in the Warranty Dept and along with Donna they were both also extremely helpful to get me into exactly the car I wanted at a great price. We scheduled for me to pick up the car the following afternoon so I went back the next day and everything went smoothly with all of the paperwork and then Raquel did a great job to demonstrate all of the controls as so much of the electronics was very new to me. I drove out extremely happy with my new 2017 Honda HR-V and how easy everything went and how nice everyone at the dealership was to me and I am now loving my new car and getting many compliments from friends on my new purchase. More

He did an amazing job of moving everything along as quickly and efficiently as possible. An excellent salesman. Sam Captellio, in the finance dept., had all of the paperwork organized and ready for me when I arrived and also moved that process along without any delay. Finally, Raquel Arellano gave me an overview tutorial of the vehicle itself. She sat with me 1/2 hour and walked me through all of the car's many features and offered her assistance in the future should any questions or issues come up.
