Bait and switch sales tactics, waste of time I came in here and knew exactly what I wanted. I had seen the car at another dealer and gotten a descent price on it. I wanted my wife to see the car I came in here and knew exactly what I wanted. I had seen the car at another dealer and gotten a descent price on it. I wanted my wife to see the car and see if they could do any better. When Teddy gave me his numbers I thanked him but told him he was very high and I had gotten a lower price elsewhere. When I told him the price he said it was impossible, and they were going to do a bait and switch on me because it was too low and their dealership doesn't do business that way. As I was leaving he came running out and told me he could beat their price by $30 a month. I went through his deal details and was very specific, he said the manager said they could do it 100%. Before coming back I called to confirm all the details again. I was assured there was no problem. I didn't go through with the other dealership and when I came back to Teddy at White Plains Honda I knew immediately he was playing games. He came no where near the price he told me. I don't think even met the other dealer's price. He did exactly what he said they don't do, bait and switch. Big waste of time and underhanded sneaky sales tactics. More

Chris treats me like family when it comes to upgrading my car and every three years when I come in for a new lease he gives me the best deal and goes beyond giving me everything I want. He doesn't push me to buy anything I don't want nor does he give me all that sales crap that the phone calls and mail give me. He's raw and honest and doesn't waste my time. I've read all the complaints that some people write, but they have nothing to do with sales or the treatment that you get from the sales people. When Chris gives me a price he's making sure it is in my price range and doesn't waste time selling me something I can't handle. He knows his customers and that is why I keep coming back to him. More

Gus was able to find us a great rate and we were able to return our lease and leave with the car that we wanted at the price we wanted same-day.
