The general manager Chris Parazino went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. The next part of the process was working with the finance manager Wilbert Mendoza. He was a pleasure to work with and very friendly. He explained every aspect of the deal and made me feel very comfortable in making such an important decision.The final step of the delivery was working with Yesenia Rivera who was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the vehicle and was able to explain how everything works and all the features of the vehicle in an excellent and easy to understand manner. Second to None With all due respect to car salespeople, often there is a stigma attached to "having to deal with them" when shopping for a car. The past two days, however, I am extremely pleased to have been the recipient of quite the opposite. I spent my NY day car shopping with my girlfriend and her Mom and wasn't too pleased about it with all the football games going on!! Enter White Plains Honda. Needed an Accord for Mom and CRV for my girl. I was going off a referral from a friend and again, on the skeptical side. Asked for Chris Paranzino, the General Sales Manager. Sandy Vargas was my salesperson to take us through the details, allow us to test drive both cars and allow a tedious process flow very smoothly. Sandy was extremely professional and very polite and easy to deal with. When it came down to what we were there for, I don't know about you, but I want to get things accomplished and no dragged out haggling nonsense. I can tell you I have never been better taken care of by Chris Paranzino and was told the truth from the get go and did not have that stereotype "typical car dealership" experience. This was a very family oriented environment and extremely enjoyable. By the end of the day I had purchased both cars at an extremely fair and competitive price (I did my homework vs other dealerships in the area). Oh, and they had a big screen TV so I didn't miss any games! I highly recommend Chris and Sandy at White Plains Honda if you are looking to get a great car without the hassle!! More
