This is my fifth Honda vehicle purchased and this has been the best experience out of the other four. They did wonders for me and I really appreciate all the time they took with me. I didn't make their life easy and the were always very professional and helpful with me. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a car. Thank you Lori and Chris!! Don't go for routine Maintenance I went for routine maintenance. After the servicing the Pilot the "low tire pressure" light came on. Was told to drive it and the alert will go away I went for routine maintenance. After the servicing the Pilot the "low tire pressure" light came on. Was told to drive it and the alert will go away. It didn't go away after driving about 100 miles, so I went back to Whiteplains Honda. They checked everything. They "sprayed tire down and oiled all joints" and "checked the tire for leaks" couldn't find the problem and said I had a faulty tire sensor and would have to return another day to fix it. So I went to the original Honda dealer to have it fixed (still under warranty) and they showed me the sensor covered in grime and they believed it was "flat fix". So I spent more money to fix the sensor. When I went back to Whiteplains and spoke to their service rep, they denied ever spraying anything on the sensor and said there was nothing they could do. According to the rep, someone must have taken the tire off and sprayed something on the sensor which is housed inside the car. Huh? The problem started there and they did not make the effort to resolve it. The people seemed professional, but if they can mess up a tire sensor on a routine oil change imagine what damage they could do to an engine or computer system. More

Sue Falisi knows how to MAKE and KEEP customers I learned a lesson the hard way - I got a brake job done somewhere other than Honda of White Plains, which turned into a complete nightmare. I came to Susan after being out of work for days due to not having a safe vehicle and was welcomed literally with open arms. Susan's personality, integrity and professionalism is evident in everything she did. Susan was just as concerned as I was in getting my car replaced and my family into a safe car. She even mentioned that once her technicians fixed the issue another mechanic created that she would put her own family members in that car. This was very calming to me, Susan genuinely cared about my safety and was not just being a "good customer service" person. Susan has made a customer out of me and I strongly recommend dealing with her for all of your Honda repairs even if White Plains Honda is not your "home" dealer. When you see her tell her - Chris C loves her and is forever thankful. More
