White Plains Honda goes the extra mile! When it came time to trade in my very old Honda, I dreaded the process of getting a new car. I knew I just wanted a newer version of what I had and after looking at some numbers with a few dealers, I decided to lease. The process of speaking to the various dealerships and determining what the cost should be was daunting. There are quite a few numbers that go into the lease calculator and the final cost is also determined by your trade in value. What bothered me most was that you really can't figure out the cost online and the price is variable. It's hard to know who to trust. In the end, working with Chris Paranzino and Donna Ann Lozinsky at White Plains Honda, I got the very best deal. As a shopper, I always spend a fair amount of time researching before buying. I found that Chris really worked hard to get my business and did his best to have me leave a happy customer. I'm now driving my new Honda CRV EX-L from White Plains Honda and I love it! More

I was a l NEVER AGAIN DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALER!! *No stars* This establishment is full of crooks. I will never go to this Honda dealership again. I was a loyal Honda customer for the last 16 years. Reputation with Honda and Acura Financial bank and this dealership almost made me say F*xx Hondas forever. First off everyone in this place is very inattentive, always on they're cell phones texting or on social media and not paying attention to the customer and very rude. I went in to purchase a brand new 2016 Honda Civic and was treated horribly by my salesperson who out of the entire 12 hour 2 day ordeal was with me for a total of maybe 2 of those hours and then scammed me out of all the cash in my wallet only to be told that I could not get my money back when the deal didn't go through and that I would have to wait 2+ weeks for a check in the mail!!!! NO I gave you cash I expect my cash back!! And not to wait 2-3 weeks for my money. The "Manager" Chris I think his name was by who cares was very rude and was angry at me for wanting my money back and in a passive aggressive tone and nature had a rough attitude whilst writing up my "refund paperwork" as if I was wrong for wanting my money back and proceeded to raise his voice at me. Honestly if I was as uncivilized as some this could of went another way in this place after all my time and energy was wasted here. This dealer ruined my vacation and my birthday and worst of all to me my love for the Honda name. If you want a decent dealership head down central Ave a few more miles to Yonkers Honda or just buy an Acura. NEVER GO HERE! They will scam you, and after reading other comments are very racist which makes sense now too. NEVER AGAIN DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALER More
