not trustworthy in my case I call dealers before I go to save time when I buy cars. So this time I called Whiteplains Honda and Samantha talked to me. I told her what offer I ha I call dealers before I go to save time when I buy cars. So this time I called Whiteplains Honda and Samantha talked to me. I told her what offer I had from other dealer and asked can Whiteplains beat the price. I told her I don't want to waste my and their time so I will only come in if they can beat the price. She called me back later telling me that she talked to her boss Bill Kavner and he said Whiteplains Honda can give me a better price. I was sick and couphing a lot that day so I repeated that I am sick and I really don't want to waste time and if they can't beat the price it's OK but please let me know now. She still promised that they will beat the price. I went to the store and provided them with the best offer I got in writing and the result as you may already figured out: they told me they they can't do the price and I told them over the phone even though I brought in things in writing as they requested. so PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with Whiteplains Honda. What they say over the phone may not be trustworthy. I am writing this so people don't have to make the same mistake as me. More
