don't waste your time The worst dealership I have ever been to. Made an appointment to see a specific car, then drove 142 miles and were on time after 3 hours of driving. The worst dealership I have ever been to. Made an appointment to see a specific car, then drove 142 miles and were on time after 3 hours of driving. Turns out they were about to show that very car to a walk-in customer. The salesman told us, “Oh, you can just all look at the car at the same time”. When we told them we actually had an appointment to view this particular car, their response was “Well, did you put a deposit down?” (Meanwhile, the other guys drove away with the car on their test drive) Really? A deposit on a car I have not seen to have the dealer honor an appointment that they made? No apology from the “manager” either, although he was quick to try to sell us another - much more expensive - car. These are the people that earn used car dealers their weasely reputation. We wasted a Saturday and almost 300 miles driving on these guys. Be smart. Read and trust the other 1 star reviews. That’s what I wish I had done. More

Disappointed I bought a 2010 Honda CR-V EX-L from this dealership in January of 2013. Love my car and the service awarded me during the process. The salesman I dealt with was even kind enough to put a "sold" sticker on the car for a couple of days, so my dad could take a look at the vehicle before I actually bought it. I bought the car at an extremely high interest rate because I needed to rebuild my credit - I was told it would be temporary and to come back in 7 months to refinance or trade the car in, so I didn't mind. Unfortunately, upon returning in September, I took my sister with me, as she was now in the market for a good car and I had liked the service provided to me in January. I guess the new business trumped my refi, as no one tended to me the entire time I was there. I left that day with nothing done. Afterwards I called several times, complained - everytime, I was redirected to a new salesperson and everyone promised to get back to me and nothing ever happened. 2 years later - still nothing. It's really disappointing, because if I wasn't able to afford the monthly payments for that extended period of time, I'd have gone into default by now. I now have to find an alternative solution to lower my monthly bills... More
