I’ve purchased/leased from other Honda dealerships prior to White Plains Honda and so far this has been the most positive experience that I have had thanks to Alex, Gus, Tiffany, the detail shop, and the re to White Plains Honda and so far this has been the most positive experience that I have had thanks to Alex, Gus, Tiffany, the detail shop, and the rest of the White Plains Honda team. Alex was my salesman and main point of contact. I knew exactly what I wanted and exactly what I wanted to pay for my new car. Alex worked with me, was able to locate my vehicle, and less than one week later I am driving around in 2012 Honda Accord Coupe V6 that I absolutely love. From the day that I put down an initial deposit to the day I picked up my car Alex kept in touch every step of the way. This car replaces a prior Accord that was unfortunately totaled and Alex really worked hard to make the whole process as easy as possible. I’m extremely happy and would recommend Alex/White Plains Honda to my family and friends. Tiffany is extremely knowledgeable about the new features that the 2012 model has to offer and did a great job of going through each and every one of them with me. I can’t begin to express how cool it is to hookup my iPhone and have access to hundreds of tracks instantly via the car radio. Gus was my finance manager and was very patient with all of my back and forth negotiating regarding the features that I wanted. In the end I got a great deal on the remote starter and interior illumination kit. The financing rate of 1.9% for five years is absolutely fantastic and a huge money saver if you are buying a car. Overall I highly recommend White Plains Honda if you are in the market for a new car. More

Absolutely wonderful experience. I found the car online and flew up to get it. Process was amazing. Price was fantastic. Car was in perfect condition. My sales contact was thorough, told me everything about the car before I arrived. He had the car completely detailed for me. All of the parts were there (i.e. floormats, headphones, key fobs etc.). I really was nervous traveling so far to see a car but the process was flawless. Keith got my insurance set up, registered the car in the state where I live. Once I arrived at the dealership, the car was waiting for me at the front door. I did a very thorough inspection, took a long test drive and then inspected the car further. Once I made the decision to purchase, the process took about an hour and a half. I drove home over 10 hours and the car ran perfectly - no issues of any kind. I will receive my new plates in the mail - which Keith ordered for me. This car was advertised on the internet through Honda where I could search all over the country for the very specific car that I was looking for including the miles previously driven. The car is completely certified, the 150 point inspection was completed by the dealership, showed no issues and I was even able to view and print the carfax report for free. I know the car had one owner, for personal use, and drove approximately 5,000 miles per year. I would recommend this process and this dealership (and my sales associate) to anyone. Very pleased. From the time I stepped out of my old car to the time I made it to the stairs, I was met with a smile. Mae is the best! I was concerned about a few things when I walked in but when I sat with Mae my concerns were no longer an issue. She is really the best at what she does :) Then I met Brandi, she came over very pleasantly took me to my new car and showed me all the features, programmed my favorite radio stations and helped me get my things out of my old car. She is great and I was so excited when she called me a few days later to make sure I was loving my new ride.
