this is the 15th new car i have, and by far the worst dealership. Ran my credit report 5x, not 1, not 2, but 5 times over 5 day period. THey tried to run my credit score down to give me a high interest rate! Did not work. A lot of fraud in this dealership, do not walk, run away from any deal you ave there. THe car was delivered to me with a cracked windshieled and 2 new dents on the casr that were not there when I put a depoist on it. THe car also had 95 more miles on it then when I put the deposit on it. Spoke to the General Sales Manager Nelson Munoz, and even though at first he seemed sympacthic, intill the end when it was obvious he does not care at all! More

I entered the dealership on a Saturday afternoon approximately at 1:00 pm with my three kids. Jake 11, Jada 9, and Joey 3. I had no intention of driving a car home that day, not a chance! Keith greeted us immediately with a smile and a handshake (excellent customer service). He made us feel welcome from "jump street". For the next 4 1/2 hours, yes, 4 1/2 hours, we went back and forth on the price of a beautiful Pilot. Now keep in mind, my kids are well behaved but very young and have the attention span of a rock. The entire time I was haggling with Keith, other members of the staff and sales force were entertaining my kids when they had a free moment to do so. Every single person I met there had a smile on their face and were really great. It was my best experience at a dealership in a very long time. Long story short, by 6:15 pm that evening, the entire staff moved every single car out of the dealership to get my truck out, which just happened to be parked the furthest spot away from the promo doors. (go figure) I drove out of the dealership with three starving children and the best price I could find out of four dealerships visited but I felt great because I got a good deal and we had a good time with the staff while I was there.
