I negotiated with James regarding the price of the vehicle, he went to Gustavo and came back with a very satisfactory offer. On the day the vehicle was ready James met me at my home which was at least 10 miles away and brought me to Honda White Plains. When he had the car in the yard and the paper work was being finalized, I was surprised to James in his coat and tie take the time to clean and add the final touches to the vehicle, again I offered him some gratuity and again he gracefully refused. Finally Brandi came to deliver the vehicle and she was so helpful and knowledgeable about the features, I was again surprised to see a lady in office attire explain the technology of the vehicle to me and without any prompting she asked me if I would fill out this survey and give an honest feeling about the service I received, she shook my hand and thanked me in a very professional manner, like everyone else I interacted with at Honda White Plains. It was a pleasure working with you guys. I have driven about 40 miles in the car and I am very pleased with the purchase. I will certainly recommend Honda White Plains to anyone looking to buy a car. I never should have leased a car from them. 1st they jacked the monthly payment up over $100 month without telling me. This review is for the Certified Used Honda dealership on Central Avenue across from 7/11. The salesmen were friendly and nice. They are not the ones I have an issue with. I was interested in a car but was indecisive. We did however discuss my credit, price and finance options. I was there alone and wanted to make sure that my significant other agreed on the car/price. So for about an hour, I discussed this vehicle on my cell. All in all we decided not to go with the vehicle for personal reasons. After telling this to the finance manager, he CRUMPLED up the papers and THREW them into the garbage. He also said that this was a WASTE OF TIME. It was so unprofessional I was speechless. This grown man threw a temper tantrum because he didn't make the sale or rip me off. I felt vary disrespected about how he went about the situation. My advice is to stay away from this dealership and look elsewhere. There are a lot of Certified Honda dealerships within the area who have a much more professional attitude about the business. This moron does not understand that word travels fast…and in this case it’s going to spread like wild fire. STAY AWAY! More
