Thank you for making my experience a good one yet again. I wasn't in the best mood after having a long day. It was clear the staff cared about their customers. He even helped me transfer all my own belongings, mostly yarn, to the new car. The manager Chris was a pleasure as well. He introduced himself early and helped me make the best decisions for my husband and I. He even made sure to say goodbye to me and give me his personal number in case I ever had questions or concerns.
