My check engine light was on, I brought it in for a diagnostic to figure out the issue. I was told I needed a part that I already replaced and less than 4months ago. I felt comfortable knowing that he was looking out for my best interests, being very helpful and patient in explaining all the features of the car, and never rushed me even though I had a lot of questions. Frustrating experience with a sales rep who refused to answer very straightforward questions about whether certain certified used cars were available. Each time I asked about availability she dodged the answer very straightforward questions about whether certain certified used cars were available. Each time I asked about availability she dodged the question attempting to sell me a new car. Especially disappointing because I traveled to the show room because that very morning I was assured the car I was interested in was available. I understand that cars can be sold and the system does not show that, but my rating is based on the refusal of the sales person to answer my question. She just dodged everything. I respect sales people and understand the sales process. But this was felt disingenuous. I gave up and walked away. More
