The staff at white plains Honda were excellent! I came here for a used car that I saw online. With the help of the amazing staff I was able get into a 2022! First and foremost my sales person Drake I came here for a used car that I saw online. With the help of the amazing staff I was able get into a 2022! First and foremost my sales person Drake Taveras went above and beyond to make sure that I got the car that I wanted. This is my first car and his level of expertise and knowledge made me confident in such a big purchase. Drake took his time and made sure that I was comfortable at every step of the way. I was given recommendations for insurances as I am extremely clueless when it comes to that. Drake was so patient , kind and knowledgeable that if I had the money I would buy another car from him. He even offered to return my rental car so I could drive home with my new car the same day! This location exemplifies that customer first attitude that so many businesses are not practicing today. Yanisbeth was also amazing over the phone , so much so that I drove 45 minutes just to come to this location in White plains. Gus “finance” advocated for me so much so that I was able to get approved for the car I really wanted. The manager Chris Paranzino was so sweet. He kept checking to see if I was okay and if I needed coffee, water , etc. I’m so happy I came to this location. 100/10 I would recommend and ask for any of the staff mentioned above. Especially Yanis and Drake! They make you feel at home and really know what they are doing. The level of accommodation and care is unmatched! There are so many options and they work with you even with subpar credit. The talent here deserves the recognition for their skill and pure genuineness. Sales people who actually care and don’t try to rob you blind are so hard to come by. Yet, this location has found the perfect recipe. Come and see Drake, Yanis, the manager Chris or whoever but if you need help getting a car just make sure you come to this location. I can’t stress enough how top notch the staff is. Thank you !!!!
