I would also like to give special thanks to Genesis, Christopher Jess and Alex for making it a special experience. The expertise was second to none and they really made me feel part of the Honda family while making the leasing experience fun and seamless. Your dealership is all class and it starts at the top as you they really made me feel like I was a priority. Of all the car dealerships I have visited over the years, this was by far my best experience as I literally was able to drive my beautiful brand new Honda HVR-EX off the lot in 3 hours. The team delivered the exact color along with every bell and whistle that I requested. Having an expert sit with me in the car and review all of the technology was a really nice touch and made me feel so comfortable navigating my new car. I can honestly say the entire process was smooth sailing and I am truly thankful I walked into this dealership. I highly recommend this dealership cheers! :) More

This will be my first ever 1-star review because I usually think it's a bit dramatic, but I honestly couldn't justify 2-stars. Initially wasn't going to bother but if it saves another person from my e usually think it's a bit dramatic, but I honestly couldn't justify 2-stars. Initially wasn't going to bother but if it saves another person from my experience, it's worth it. I was in the market for a new Civic and this was the 3rd dealership I had visited that day. I let them know what the best out-the-door cost offer I received was and asked if they could match/better it. Jordan, one of the sales managers, came by and said that he could beat the offer. I was very happy to hear and we planned on moving forward with the purchase. Then, he comes back a few minutes later and gives me a total that's $500 more expensive than what we had agreed on. I asked why there was a difference and he told me that there were some fees "not included in the out the door price." I had to confirm this with multiple other dealers since then, but that just doesn't make sense. When I asked Jordan about it he was very shady and dodged my questions for clarification. I personally don't feel comfortable making large purchases from shady people so I walked out, went to one of the other dealerships in the area and bought my new car. Here's where it really makes this a 1-star place. Days later I get a call from their customer care department asking about my experience. I informed them why I didn't make the purchase and they apologized profusely and insisted that I speak with the general manager. I declined but they insisted that he will call in an hour. It's been 3 days and I still have not heard from the manager nor the customer care representative. So, not only did they try to bait me with a false offer, they also failed to follow up on correcting the mistake they made. If you're a seasoned car shopper who can deal with all of this, maybe it's worth it if you can get a good deal here. But for everyone else, I would recommend going elsewhere for an equally good deal and a much more transparent, reliable purchase. More
