I recently purchase my very first ever Toyota 4Runner with Hannah's help. Hannah was very pleasant, polite and professional. I would definitely work with her again in the future. Excellent service as always! Was looking to trade in my old car and Sheldon helped me find exactly what I needed. Despite the pandemic backlog, Sheldon helped me order a car that would work for my needs an old car and Sheldon helped me find exactly what I needed. Despite the pandemic backlog, Sheldon helped me order a car that would work for my needs and that I could receive quickly (relatively speaking). Ended up going with a RAV4 XLE that has a few more bells and whistles than I originally wanted but it really ended up being the perfect car and it's even a hybrid! Thanks you Sheldon! I am always treated very well at White River Toyota and I am so grateful that I found a dealership I can trust. Buying a car here and getting my car serviced has always been a pleasant experience. Buying a car during Covid and the supply chain disruption is quite a different experience. Lincoln made it painless. He is really easy to work with. He is friendly, helpful, attentive to details and created is quite a different experience. Lincoln made it painless. He is really easy to work with. He is friendly, helpful, attentive to details and created a relaxed, pleasant car-buying environment. He explained the process and checked in once a week while we waited for the right vehicle to appear. When it did, he explained what would happen each step of the way from factory to White River Toyota. He checked in once a week to report on progress or just to tell us he was monitoring our RAV4 and would keep us informed of developments. We would definitely buy another car from Lincoln. More
