Later we followed up on that and got questions answered fully via email. We explained what we wanted. Had a phone conversation. Expressed concern about not spending 1/2 a day negotiating the lease. On the day we went to pick it up we got a call from Toyota Financial which was very helpful. We arrived at 10:00 AM and we were out the door a little after 11:00 AM. It was obvious our concerns were addressed. We're very happy with our lease, the service, and the price we're paying. Highly recommended. More

I had been looking for a 2017 or 2018 Hybrid Rav4 for quite some time throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island and was always disappointed when I was told the car I found was not for sale and then was given the sales pitch to buy a newer year. Once I contacted Marty, within days he had two cars of the make and year I wanted. Marty made it easy to get the purchase paperwork done ahead of time and everything was ready when I came in to test drive the car.
