Car buying experience was smooth and pleasant, however service department is lacking availability and proper communication. No call when parts came in as promised. I finally got tired of waiting so I called and they said the part came in 2 weeks ago and now they’re booking appointments 1 month out. The drivers side seat belt latch was malfunctioning. My Highlander was brought immediately in for evaluation. A new latch was ordered and installed immediately though service was booking a month out.
