Highly recommend Zach at White River Toyota On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, Zach deserves 10 stars! I am totally amazed with how wonderful Zach was when we were buying the car. My husband and I were looking for a new car (our first Hybrid) and happened to "be assigned' to Zach. How wonderful to have a salesman so kind, thorough and patient. He didn't pressure us at all. We preferred to do all of the price/extra options discussions directly with Zach. However, we met the sales manager later and he was very nice. Zach helped us choose a great car and instructed us in its use. He set some of the settings for us, which was great because there is a lot of new technology in this car, compared to our last car. He has been helpful when we have had questions after we bought the car. Zach is genuinely very nice and hard-working - the kind of young man you would want for a next-door neighbor. More

Best new-car-buying experience ever I am a senior citizen so have more than enough experience with car dealerships. Best ones let the customer guide them toward the best match they have for that customer's particular circumstances.. Zach Roberts, at White River Toyota, is the best example of the latter I have ever encountered. More

Fast, Patient, Thorough, Low Pressure After multiple walkthroughs of the lot and driving a Tacoma, I came back to the dealership thinking I knew exactly what I wanted. We met up with Gage After multiple walkthroughs of the lot and driving a Tacoma, I came back to the dealership thinking I knew exactly what I wanted. We met up with Gage and went out to the lot to pick a truck. Wife and I started to debate what truck I wanted. Gage was patient. Probably spent an extra hour with us to help us figure out which one we actually wanted. Once we settled, he flew through the paperwork. In and out in three hours. Would have been quicker had we not dragged our feet. Great service and happy with my Tacoma TRD Off-road! More
