Once I got the right salesperson, it was a great experience. I called and requested a female salesperson and was sent to Nicole Lyford. The next day I met with Nicole to look for a car to replace the VW that was I called and requested a female salesperson and was sent to Nicole Lyford. The next day I met with Nicole to look for a car to replace the VW that was on lease. We discussed leasing a new car, buying a new car and buying a used car, and Nicole never skipped a beat. I really wasn't sure what I wanted to do, but Nicole kept up, giving me the information without ever trying to sell me on any one option. It was a very pleasant experience and I never felt pressured in any way. It was clear that Nicole truly wanted to put me in the car that was right for me. I ended up leasing a Camry - about 180 degrees from my idea when I walked in the door - and I'm very happy with my decision. More
