Great service! Chris Stanghellini has taken care of us for the last few years and is unfailingly courteous and helpful. I hope my 2003 Land Cruiser lasts at least a Chris Stanghellini has taken care of us for the last few years and is unfailingly courteous and helpful. I hope my 2003 Land Cruiser lasts at least another 18 years with your help! My only concerns are a) lack of parking and b) when you go into the service area, there's nobody to greet you. I've had to stand there for several minutes waiting for someone to either notice me or ask if they could help. It's confusing and a bit annoying, especially if there are technicians standing around and talking to each other, not other customers. Maybe a sign or something (a bell?) More

Amazing customer service! I have been overly impressed again and again by White River Toyota. The service and dedication they give to their customers over and over again exceeds my expectations every time. In July 2017, I purchased a used vehicle with Marty Adams and he has continued to get in touch with me over the past year, making sure I am still satisfied with my RAV4 purchase. Recently, I discovered rust spots (or "Rail Dust") covering all sides of my car. This happened after the one year warranty was expired. Marty helped me to schedule a time to speak with Chuck Decato, Reconditioning Manager. Chuck took the time to look over my car and then offered to fix the issue without any charge out of my pocket. He also provided me with a rental car for the day, so I could still go about my business without any charge as well. I highly recommend White River Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a car, but anyone that is looking for service above and beyond what you would ever expect to see. These guys deserve more than 5 star review!!! More

This enabled me to visit the dealership the next day, test drive the vehicle,negotiate a price, and sign the deal with 4 hours.
